MIAMI, FL (February 12, 2026) - Pleasurecraft Engine Group has been honored with the prestigious Marine Industry Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Award for excellence in customer satisfaction, presented by the National Marine Manufacturers Association. Award recipients were acknowledged during the Miami Industry Breakfast at the 2026 Discover Boating® Miami International Boat Show®.
Pleasurecraft adds another Marine Industry CSI award to the trophy case with a score far exceeding the award criteria. Boat and engine manufacturers are awarded this for achieving an independently measured standard of excellence score of 90 percent or higher over the past program year, based on information provided by customers purchasing a new boat or engine between January 1, 2025, and December 31, 2025. Participating manufacturers must survey all new boat buyers during this period.
