Official Correct Craft Press Release:
MIAMI BEACH, FL (February 12, 2026) - Every eligible Correct Craft boat and engine company earned a 2025 Marine Industry Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Award, highlighting Correct Craft’s commitment to delivering an exceptional ownership experience. The awards were announced today at the Industry Breakfast during the Discover Boating Miami International Boat Show.
To qualify, boat and engine manufacturers must achieve a customer satisfaction score of 90 or higher, based on feedback from customers who purchased a new boat or engine during the prior program year (January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025). New boat and engine buyers are independently surveyed across the purchase journey, including delivery and service.
Recipients of the award include Nautique Boat Company, Centurion Boats, Supreme Boats, SeaArk Boats, Bass Cat Boats, Parker Boats, Indmar Marine Engines, and Pleasurecraft Engine Group.
“We’re grateful to the customers who took the time to share their feedback. Earning these awards across every boat and engine company is meaningful because it comes directly from boat and engine owners, and it reinforces our commitment to serve them well long after delivery,” said Bill Yeargin, President and CEO of Correct Craft.
Incoming CEO, Zach Hutcheson, shared, "Customers choose our brands for unforgettable experiences on the water, and they stay with us when we deliver an ownership experience that earns their trust. I’m proud of our teams and dealer partners for the consistency behind this recognition, and we’ll keep raising the standard."
