"quick" ballast question, 2002 SAN

I've been looking through the forums and I think I know the answer but I'd like to confirm that if I bought an OG 2002 SAN210 without the factory belly tank, that I could plumb in one myself and even put in a bow bag as well. asked another way, If a 2002 SAN210 didnt come with a factory belly tank, Is there room to add one and is there a proper path for the needed hoses to get to it from the back of the boat? Am I to understand that the ski locker is not closed off from the rest of the bilge?
