Fuel filter change no start 1998 EFi

Changed the fuel filter in canister that I had to remove to break the bowl free. Hooked back up and now no start. Primed pump several times ensured it was connected inside. Both pumps operate when checked. Isolated the High pressure pump by removing power to Low pressure pump. I’m at a loss. The boat ran fine two weeks ago. Changed filter yesterday no firing today. Pulled canister which was full to verify inside wires today. Only thing I may have messed up it the two rail feeds to injectors maybe I have them switched. Not that should make a difference but maybe. 1998 Ski Nautique GT-40. Any advice would be appreciated.

Getting 12.4 v to HP pump as well as LP pump.

Answered my own question above about the two lines on the top. Guess one is supply and the other return. Swapped em and it fired right up. Ughhhhh well will never do that again. Guess I just missed this place

Taking a photo before disassembly is your friend. And, yes...those FCC canisters can be a real b!tch to unscrew. I used a BIG pipe wrench the first time. I protected the canister as best I could with some heavy-duty duct tape. Now I apply a bit of grease on the canister threads, and the removal is much easier. I also now use a strap type filter wrench:
