Having issue with the starboard ballast button. Filled up for Starboard and Port ballast tanks, Went to empty them and only the port would empty. The Starboard ballast button seems dead. No light on when trying to fill or empty and neither pump working. I have checked the circut breakers.

My center tank would fill but not drain. I found that if the float switch in the ballast went bad (they all go bad), You can snip and strip a small piece of wire jumper the connection to it at the tank. This will tell the switch to keep pumping out. You can do on the trailer.
Just search here for 'ballast jumper drain'. But also replace all the ballast float switches. Over time the resistance in them goes bad.
