2010 SAN 210 TE no power to ecm

Wondering if anyone has had a similar issue.
I was out on the 4th of July boat running perfectly. Went to turn on docking lights that I rarely ever use and boat went completely dead. Was able to paddle short distance back to dock. Boat was still completely dead with no power to anything including the dash. The next morning I was able to get the dash to come back on and all buttons work for bilge, blower, curtesy lights, stereo, etc.

I have physically disconnected the docking lights and I have checked all the fuses and relays on the smaller fuse block on top of motor and under the dash and tried replacing relay under kick plate by the dash.
the main screen isn’t showing engine hours or fuel level making me realize that the ecm isn’t getting power. I show 12v everywhere except the vsw fuse is only reading 2.33v.

Is my ecm bad?

I was able to fix this!

I was tracing the purple wire (switched ignition) and yellow with red stripe (ignition signal). Initially under the dash where these leave the pme box I would get 12v. Found a 7 wire (8 spot) connector near the fuel pump that is the main harness leading to the ecm. I was testing the output side of this connector and not getting power on the same two wires. Disconnected the connector and tested the incoming side and was getting 12v, re connected it and the fuel pump immediately primed and everything came back to life.
