Hey all, to make a long story short, I hit a log last summer, which required replacing the prop, shaft, and v-drive. The problem is, the shop can't get the old v-drive completely out as the plate/mounts are so rusted/corroded that they can't get the nuts to budge without destroying the mounting bolts. Apparently, this part isn't made by Nautique anymore, and they weren't able to locate one anywhere else. They tried to see if one could be fabricated, but didn't have any takers.
So, I'm hoping someone out here might have any thoughts on what could be done to get us floating again! I think the part number is R109054 for the plate brace, but I have photos added for dramatic effect.
