Ballast or no Ballast?

I ski behind a 2019 Ski Nautique (Carbon Pro?) in the winter months, Last April the boarding/swim platform was about 8 inches above the water but when I came back to it in November the platform is now touching the water and nobody knows why.
It is not holding any water in the bllges and there is no extra weight added.
What made me wonder if there are ballast tanks fitted is there is an extra overboard outlet on the port side exactly opposite from the starboard bilge outlet, but if there is a ballast system fitted I can't see any way to pump it out on the dashboard or switces elsewhwere.
Can anyone help me with this?

Sounds like the boat's flotation foam has taken on a fair bit of water. Certainly not the first time that has happened...

No it comes out every night

cam does that mean it's in the water several hours a day? If so, the wet foam theory from Jonny Quest is something to look at.

Thanks for the replies, having looked at pictures of other 2019's they look the same as this so I can only guess that when I looked at the boat in April the fuel tanks were full (LPG & Petrol) and there may have been ballast/weights up the bow as they were trying to ballast the boat for use with just a driver.
