Top deck stiffener repair. What adhesive to use for repair?

I have a 2011 sport 200V and going through my boat before tucking it away for the cold Canadian winter and found that the top deck stiffeners had some of the adhesive break loose and is no longer bonded on some of the sides. What is the best product to use to repair this?should I use 3M 5200 or a construction adhesive like PL?
