    Engine out of Alignment

My 2023 G23 has less than 100 hurs on it and the dealer says it it out of Alignment. They say it is not covered under warranty so I am out approximately $600. Any feedback would be appreciated.

Maybe reach out to Nautique directly - I would have thought that would be covered in a 2023 boat. If not I would not be very happy and push back on a negative response.

Did you have a prop strike? Very unlikely to have an engine out of alignment in only 2 years without hitting something. It's always possible that an engine mount has somehow loosened and moved a bit. Gravity will eventually cause the engine and trans to settle, requiring an alignment at some point. HOWEVER, the owners manual does state that the alignment should be checked annually, so there may be a viable reason for the annual inspection.

On a '23 I would sure think that would be a Warranty issue. Maybe falls on the gray line of maintenance. Is this the same Dealer that you bought the boat from? What are they referring to on the misalignment, is the prop shaft not centered as it exits the stern, or does the coupler look off-set at the V-drive?
