    2021 GS22 Ballast Sensor Question

When I turn my boat on, my port ballast tank typically shows 42% full when it should be empty. When seeing this, I usually "empty" it in the water where it remains at 0% until I turn the boat off again (powered down). However, when I power the boat up again it's back at 42%. The last time it happened I "emptied" it out of the water on the trailer but no water came out even though the tank fill percentage would decrease. Any thoughts on the problem? TIA

obiwon No doubt your ballast sensor is toast. If your boat is still under warranty, I would get your dealer to replace all 3 of them because those will fail as well. The design of these ballast sensors is just terrible, and the failure rate is horrendous. Very common issue with these boats.
