Throttle won't engage past idle power

Hello, I have a 2010 Nautique 200 with a 6L. The throttle won't progress past idle power in forward or reverse. It will go into gear, both forward and reverse, but no matter how far the throttle is moved it will not add any power beyond idle power. Just before this happened, I thought the throttle needed a bit more movement to get power past idle but then it seemed to stop working completely shortly there after.

I turned the boat off and disconnected the battery, waited a short time, then reconnected everything. Same problem. I also turned off zero off, and again had the same problem.

Could be the throttle position sensor? I'm looking for suggestions on how to go about troubleshooting this. Any help would be appreciated, thx,

Probably failed TCP. If the boat has the LINC screen check the diagnostics page for fault codes stored in the ECM. If not, then you need Diacom to check for engine codes. If you have to replace the TCP you'll need to get the engine ECM re-flashed.

Lots of details in this thread.
