Hi All, hopefully someone is way smarter than me! Looking for advice please.
Symptoms: Last several weeks been noticing a weaker cold start and a very hard restart (randomly) though it always started with enough crank. Sometimes both were ok.
Steps taken:
Used AI to diagnose and will now assume hot start issues are related to leaking injector pump or other so this winter will remove and test or clean etc. Will update next year.

Steps taken:
- I Read the gt40 Troubleshoot Spreadsheet
- Fuel pressure: ((Ign. On, Not running) 38psi at first crank), At 5 min is at 34, At 10 min is at 32psi
- Pumps: LPFP runs with Ign. on, could feel HPFP run (I think)
- Replaced Low Pressure Fuel Pump with new pump today
- Replaced Cap and Rotor as I was going to do that this fall and had parts.
- Relays: Put in new Fuel Relay and ECA Relay, no difference. Switched Fuel and ECA relays, no difference
- Spark: Used in-line spark checker and saw cadenced spark in al 8 plugs
- Fuel regulator, removed hose, checked for fuel. None.
- FCC: drained gas (found no water), inspected HPFP hose (hose was replaced 2020 and inspected; no splits). Filter looked ok.
- Fuse at battery box for ECA power: Replaced fuse holder in 2020 per advice from this forum, fuse still good.
- Battery: Used new 2025, 1000 CA battery.
- Kill Switch: Jumped switch
