2000 Ski with 2005 Excalibur engine Stalls

This bit me when the boat was 'running fine'-then shudders in certain scenarios. I see lots of potential issues etc due to your overall setup...
But I don't see that you replaced (or inspected) distributor and plugs. Even with a dry stored boat, they get crusty build up under the distributor.

May be worth a quick inspection.

Thanks Biacs, I actually changed the plugs, I haven't looked under the dist cap but will do so.
