Lync Panaray Start Button works "20% of the time," 2018 Super Air Nautique

Our Nautique has had intermittent start button issues form day 1. I have "stupidly" ignored them until lately! It has been been gettin worse. Start button only works 20% of the time now. I have read the throttle lever base needs replaced ? Or might is be the touch panel itself?

When it happens, have you tried jiggling the throttle? I'm not an expert on this, but I had a similar issue. There is a part on the throttle that gets worn. The picture below is a spare that I keep. It could be that the throttle isn't centering when you put it in neutral. I don't know if the throttle is the same or similar on the 210. I contacted Livorsi (877-548-5900) who makes the throttle and they were very helpful in diagnosing the problem. They sell the replacement part or if it turns out that the throttle needs repair, you can send it in to them. It could be that the circuit board is bad which is usually the problem with neutral issues according to the rep I talked to.

I have wiggled the throttle.--, does not seem to help. It started very randomly in 2020. Has gotten a lot worse the last 3-4 months. I will call Livorsi. Thks again.

It’s the Throttle Base Assembly. The LINC Panoray screen is not involved with the boat starting. It’s possible for the keypad to be bad, but the 20% no start is such a typical TBA failure trait.
