I am having an issue with the Link Panoray touch screen on my 2017 GS20. Everything works except the bottom 3/4" so I can't "touch" anything on the bottom row. Does anyone know if there is a way to calibrate the screen or if maybe reloading the firmware would fix this issue? Hard reset doesn't help.

That's a common failure symptom for the touch screen. The touchscreen re-calibrates every time the screen is powered up. Reloading firmware isn't going to make any difference. The way the LINC Panoray screens are glued together, they are not repairable like the older 7" screens. You're only option is to replace the screen.

Thank you jpwhit. I can deal with it for now but it sounds like what you are saying is the touch feature will eventually fail for the whole screen. If that happens will the screen continue to function, but just without touch? Just wondering if I need to replace it now or if I can wait and worst case just use the control wheel if I lose all touch functionality.

The screen itself will continue to work. The only problem you may run into is ghost touches where the screen will start registering random touches and start changing settings by itself. That happens because the touch controller dynamically starts increasing the gain in attempt to read the dead part of the screen. Then noise starts to register as touches. One way to prevent this, if it starts happening, is to switch the screen to something like a settings page that doesn’t have a lot of touch input zones.Last edited by jpwhit; 08-10-2025, 07:58 PM.

We have an 18 210 Super Air Nautique. Since new the ignition pad "start" button has been finicky. It has been getting worse and Ihave waited too long for warranty fix!!!! Now the start button works maybe 20% of the time. I have read that the throttle base needs to be replaced? Is that your take or what else might you recommend ?
