2019 GS22 ballast actuator

I have a 2019 GS22 that I purchase used last year. I am attempting to repair the ballast actuator that opens and closes the ball valves for the ballast pumps. I noticed that one of the wires going to the actuator relay was disconnected, so I reconnected it (picture attached). The actuator still does not function.

I assume that the loose wire goes to the only available terminal, but wanted to confirm. Does anyone have a wiring diagram or picture of their relay? I wanted to make sure this is correct before I spend money to purchase a new actuator.

I have a 2013 G23 and I’m experiencing my ballasts filling after I’ve emptied and returned to the dock. Either a few hours or overnight, I’m emptying the ballasts again.
reading the above post - could I have a ball valve issue or actuator issue opening again letting water seep in? Pump isn’t turning on, but I’m getting 1/3 to half fill again on all or some ballasts.

The 2013 G-series did not have electric valves. Those boats relied solely on the pump impellers to keep water out, and they didn't.

So the weight of the boat sitting at the dock is always going to take on some water in the ballast’s s what you’re saying NautiqueJeff?

Yea pretty much. If the impellers are brand new they do a fairly good job of holding it back. Nautique went to these actuated ball valves for a reason...

I don't really understand the impeller not keeping the water from back-filling. What model ballast pump are they using on this year of boat. On MasterCraft wake boats, using Jabsco ballast puppy and king pumps, I've never observed bags and tanks back filling unless the impeller is really trashed. And I'm talking like 4-5 year old impellers where you can see chunks of the impeller fins missing.
