Nautique G23 2025 - Problem with steering assist; stopped too late (latency)

I have a Nautique G23 2025 with steering assist (stern thruster). When the steering assist is activated for the steering wheel support and I take out of the gear, the steering assist continues to run for about 1 to 2 seconds (delay in shutdown/latency). My dealer has contacted Nautique several times, but various attempts (software update, visual inspection of the cables including current measurement, new control unit) have been unsuccessful. I didn’t have this problem on my old Nautique G23 2019 with steering assist.

Does/did anyone have the same problem? If so, what was the solution?
