Was testing my 2006 SANTE w/ PCM 330 last week and it was struggling to start...seemed like low power - and now will only click. Did some testing on batteries and even tried with a jump box but only heard a click from the starter relay in the engine compartment. Tried just 1 battery at a time. Pulled the starter and bench tested and determined it was bad so installed a new starter. Assuming I wired correctly (12v main to top terminal w/ alternator lead, relay wire to smaller middle). Didn't fix the issue as I still just hear a click. I swapped relays around (all 3 are the same) and nothing changed - other than the click was a little louder. I checked all of the circuit breakers and they all pass continuity tests. I cleaned the grounding post / terminals in the engine compartment. When I enter the code on the dash, I click start I hear the fuel pumps prime and gauges bounce. I moved the gear shifter but didn't really test neutral safety switch fully. I did bypass the cut-off switch. Also tried to bypass the 50a breaker in the engine compartment. Starter spins when connected directly to power. I'm at a loss...any ideas?
