Looking for a bit of insight on ballast relays on the 2009 era boats. 2nd owner on a well taken care of 2009 230TE. The fill was sometime finicky but previous owner had said that a power reset would clear up an fill/empty issues he had and that cleared it up any time we had an issue. At then end of last season during winterization at the marina did mentioned a ballast really issue in 1 of the tanks so I ended up swapping 3 x relays with oem hellas in the rear main power box given the age this season. S/P rears fill and drain, but the center pump wont fill, (but drains). Light on the keypad all light up though. Swapped some of the relays again, same response. Changed around the quick connects on the pumps and the center runs just fine with either of the other controls.
I've read through some postings here on 2006 SV211 ballast docs here listing emptying issues due to sender/run dry setting and indicating 6 x relays. Can anyone confirm the total number of relays on this model for fill and drain? Its a Hella 25530904 relay. I'm guessing its really 6 in that panel and i've just missed the faulty relay tucked behind the breakers.
When you keypad the pumps your hear the rear relays click for all fill/empty commands that are functioning. Hoping its not some issue with the fill wire command to the relay from the under dash controller.
