The cover for the perfectpass antenna fell off and I am trying to find a replacement. I contacted PerfectPass and they said these are not meant to come off and I needed to purchase a new $200 antenna. see pic below. Any recommendations?

The plastic case on those Garmin pucks are sealed and the top and bottom do not separate without destroying the case. It looks like the top of yours has partially disintegrated. I doubt there is anyway to fix that reliably. I think you should get a new puck.Comment

Know anyone with a 3d printer? Model a replacement and print it.
Or, buy a cheap Garmin unit and cannibalize the cover.

I would get some EVA foam and shape-up a filler piece. Glue in place with a few dabs of Gorilla clear glue or dbl tape
Then, after using some adhesion promoter, cover with auto-wrapping of your choice. Heat -on around edges etc as it shrinks and forms around like a thermoplastic.
It's also UV rated so will last a long time.
