Hi all, desperate nautique owner here hoping somebody can shed some light on my issue. I have a 2019 GS22 with supplemental ballast and pretty much every year some issues arose requiring the dealer to fix/replace parts on the rear ballasts under warranty. Well, now that I am no longer under warranty--I am going to try and do this myself. My issue is that the starboard ballast will fill normally, but when draining, only the supplemental ballast bag empties, leaving the other starboard bag full. The pump will continue to run but will not empty. I have to put the boat on the lift and actually push on the bag, shake it as much as possible for it to empty. I have checked the pump and the impeller is pristine. (and it works for filling just fine.
Could it be the plumbing? Air gap? What am I missing?
It is definitely not software related as the pump doesn't shut off, so the sensors must be telling it the correct information.
