2016 210 that has the three ballast tanks and pumps. All three pumps work but when you go to turn on the port side pump, it doesn’t turn on. I can switch the leads from another pump and it runs fine. I’m wondering if anyone has a wiring diagram for the 2016 210 ballast pump wires so I can try to trace back a break in the lead? Thanks in advance.

This should get you started. Use a meter to check for power through the switch in both directions. If that works many of these boats use relays to direct power to the motors so they don't have to run high current through the switch. This is actually where I believe your issue is going to be. If your boat has relays you'll need to find them by tracing the wires from the pumps back to what is typically a relay box. Once you find that you can swap relays and see if the problem follows the relay that's currently installed for that pump. If it does, get the part number off the relay and order another. Most of these relays are off the shelf items that can be purchased at an auto parts store or scamazon.

Does your 210 have a LINC screen? And if so, do you control the ballast from the screen? If that's the case, then the pumps are likely connected to a PDM that communicates with the screen. I'm also seen some Nautiques in this year range that has switches, but still is using a PDM in standalone mode to control the ballast pumps.
