Voltage reading when boat is on but not started at 11 volts - 2022 G23 with H6

Last night when out surfing the boat stalled and was showing low voltage. Boat would restart but then when engaging the drive voltage would drop to 5 volts on the screen. Once we got the boat back to the lift it started up just fine and all lights, ballast thruster work just fine. However, when the boat is on and not started the voltage on the screen drops to 11.0 volts and even lower. I don't recall if this has always been the case as I never noticed the voltage without the boat actually running.

Can someone let me know what they see for a voltage when the boat is on but not running.

I have also noticed when I activate the thruster the voltage on the screen drops down to 10 or 11 volts. I guess I assumed this was just normal given the high load.

Check the position of the bottom switch here in yellow. Make SURE it's pointing towards the front of the boat.

        It's a remote battery switch.

Thanks for the feedback. I had checked that along with the battery voltage on the MyNautique screen. Everything checked out ok so now taking the boat to the dealer. Hoping for a quick repair.
