2006 SANTE- Rewire batteries etc in offseason?

Main point of this work is to address a couple odd issues I have with electronics. (Two new brand new optima batteries.)
Occasionally Boat will go into limp mode where there’s no throttle response only forward or reverse. Problem is corrected once I restart the boat.

Other odd issue is perfect pass comes up with a blank display on occasion(under14v screen won’t come on)- perfect pass unit is sealed up with silica packets inside.

Nautiquejeff did mention replacing both sets of battery cables.

**Does this seem appropriate for the age of the boat? I’d rather spend a few hundred bucks in the off-season and fix any potential future weird electrical issues lol.

My plan is to measure and order custom cables for both batteries.

*** and I need to know about the wiring run to the front of the boat- dash/fuses?
