Thermostat Install ?

We recently purchased a 2003 210 SANTE with a 5.7L PCM 330 Excalibur water cooled engine. When changing the thermostat the upper housing has 2 Allen bolts and 1 Hex head bolt. Do these need to be torqued to spec? If so, what would that be for these bolts? Any insight would be much appreciated. Thanks all.

I did not torque mine to anything specific, as I did not know what they were either. I just made sure they were evenly snug, and there were not leaks. No issues for the past 2 seasons.
