NSS Flap going out too little GS24

Hello Folks!

I had lately to change the motor/activator of the left flap of the NSS of my GS24 2019.
Now with the identical new motor the flap is not going out as far as it should when the boat is in water.
Just about 1,5-2 inches. So, the wave is dirty and not well shaped.
In the workshop (when out of water) it was going out even 5inches. So the motor of the flap works properly.
The right side flap (which was untouched) goes out about 4inches in the water with same NSS,NCRS settings
Any thoughts?

Sensor issue misreading actuator position when in the water? Or voltage drop at actuator when wet?
