1999 Pro Air with Fuel Injected GT40 died while driving and will not start.

I have a 99 Pro Air with a fuel injected GT 40. I recently put in a new starter, oil sending switches, plug wires and boat was running great. Then it stalled while skiing and I was able to re start and pull a skier up. Then the boat died again. I could not restart and it sounds like it is getting no spark. Fuel pump is pumping. It acts like the safety switch is triggered. I traced it and the safety switch has been bypassed. The wiring is a mess and I was thinking of getting a new wiring harness from motor to dash. Any thoughts?

Got to be a loose wire. Check the 12V feed to coil.

Replaced coil and checked spark and it is performing. Thanks for response. Ended up being high pressure fuel pump internal wire connector came off and pump was not working. When we took off canister and filter, we saw wire hanging. tightened up connector and reinstalled and motor fired right up.
