Who's the windshield go to guy ?

I have this 79 nautique that i'm rebuilding, the windshield is complete but the passenger front glass is cracked.

Taylor cannot help with glass rubber or plastic trim inserts. The frame is in great shape, the rubber is probably still usable and i don't care about the plastic inserts.

i would like to send the windshield out to be reconditioned but will gladly accept help frrom anyone who can lead me to the parts.

or a windshield or part(s) that can make mine complete.

Do you have a local glass shop? If they cant replace it, they will have resources to help.

I needed a new tempered glass piece for an older pinball machine that was not standard size. My local glass shop could not handle it, but they had the job sent to a supplier and didn't charge me any markup.

I will try that next week, the color or tint i'm guessing will mean all new glass.

There are several custom fabricators out there who can build whatever you need, including curved. I am not sure how well they can match tint, etc. I had a new driver's side windshield built by ProGlass in Yorkville, IL and they did a nice job for a reasonable price.

Local guy can do it but cant match tint, picking it up today maybe, already sized .220 thick acrylic to make all new or at least try.
