I am looking for a little help, anyone out with a newer 216 or 210 with the composite platform. I need to know the width of the platform at the hull (stern) and what kind of mounting brackets they use as well as there width, have the brackets changed since the teak. I want to change my 98' Sports teak platform to the new one, but my dealer says it's not possible and won't give me any dimensions. And I have'nt been able to see a newer boat to compare and measure, if anyone has ever done it or has time to measure please let me know.

The beam of the 216 and 210 today is the same as the '98 Ski Nautique--both 91". However, platform on today's boats go all the way to the edge. You can see here from a scanned image of the spec. page of the '98 brochure (thanks to CCF.com) that the platform is very narrow, and does not go near the edge at all. So I'd guess that today's platforms would be way too wide and go to far forward, but this is just a guess... That's all the numbers I have though, hope this helps... Heres also a pic of the brackets.I Nautique, therefore I am.

I know with my teak platform there is 3 or 4 inches of space on each side of the platform until the edge, so there is room for more width. The mounts on your boat look identicle, if you have a spare moment one day I would appreciate the measurments (width) of the mounting brackets, as well as the dimensions of the platform. Thanks for all of the input, keep it coming.Originally posted by AbunDiga909The beam of the 216 and 210 today is the same as the '98 Ski Nautique--both 91".
