2008 SAN 210 shaft seal replacement questions

2008 SAN210 , noticed WAY too much water in boat .... especially when surfing . First thought ballast were leaking , redid all fittings, no leaks .. went back out and still had water. Put my head down in acess door with flash light while going and this is what i see . All seems ok when not running , all ok at idle , then when boat comes under a load (like 10 mph) i could see water spraying around seal. then it goes away after up on plain . So surfing is right at the spot that it is spraying. I am assuming i need to replace the seal , but how do i get to it ? and also i would assume the shaft has to come out to do this ? any good videos or step by steps for this ? thanks guys

This is exactly the same problem we saw on a 2013 G23 here. Cruising it was fine. Wakeboarding it was fine. Sitting at the dock it was fine. As soon as we loaded it down and ran a surf speeds it would spray water. The owner elected to have the dealer fix it rather than DIY. I know it took the mechanic less than 1/2 day to do it.
