NSS Testing on Land?

    NSS Testing on Land?

    Anyone know if you can test functionality of the NSS on land? I have a suspicion that my starboard NSS does not deploy when selected. Port works fine. I'd like to exercise them on land to see.

    Thanks for any pointers....

      i would like to know the answer to that question too. i feel like one side is not going all the way out on my 2016 g23

          I just bought a 17 GS20 and the starboard NSS only deploys 1/4" on NSS 0 and nothing on NSS 5. If you put your Panoray into Dealer Demo mode you can simulate the boat speed and the NSS will try and deploy. Port works fine. I'll let you know if I discover a fix. The technician working on the boat thinks there's a software update to fix it. I'll know tomorrow.

              I received a Panoray update via USB key. I plugged it into the Panoray update USB port under the dash. The system said no USB found. I opened up the dash and found that the USB wasn't connected to the Panoray display. I plugged the USB directly into the Panoray and the update worked! I went into dealer mode and re-calibrated the ballast bags to zero. Once they were virtually drained I tried virtually filling them and they started working! I exited dealer mode and all my ballast bags show empty now. Going to the lake on Friday and hoping for a great surfing trip. I still have an issue with the starboard NSS only coming out 1/4"...

                  mine might be different since i have 2014. but how you get in and out of dealer mode? i can enter the code under dealer settings but only shows equipment on off for seat heater, under water lights etc. as soon as you exit you are back with normal screens and not in a dealer mode. thoughts?
