I have a 2015 SAN210 that after about 35 hours Of run time it is 1-1 1/2 qts low on oil. This has happened the last 2 oil changes. There are no visible leaks as the bilge is spotless. The boat only has 168 hours on it. Any one else have this issue with the 5.7 liter motor.

What motor? How many hours on the boat? Who is doing the oil changes?

I bought the boat with 75 hours on it and the dealership that sold it to me had just changed the oil. I changed it at 125 hours and the boat now has 168 hours. It is over a quart low now with the boat setting in the water. A DTC524 warning came up yesterday. That’s when I checked the oil level. It is the 5.7 liter motor I believe that is the ZR4?

I hope you don't have something seriously wrong. I have noticed NO oil level decrease between oil changes of 50-75 hours on either my former boat (2008 210 with 343 motor at 1100 hours) or current 409 on g21 with 500ish.

Every GM truck and boat with a GM engine I have owned has used about a quart of oil between oil changes, but 1.5 quarts is a little excessive.

No oil in the bilge? Is the exhaust smoky or smell like burned oil?
