I knew, that probably you can not get what you achieve on 2xheavier boat with 500hp, but there was a little hope that you can get somwhere near

P.S. Is 400lbs maximum what can can be put in center ski lock? Or is it just your decision. Now I want to buy bag, and must decide for the size.
P.S.2. What is "playpen" ? Tried to google it, but still not sure.
It’s a 21 foot boat built in the 1990s. You probably won’t get a better wave for the price or for its age. For wakeboarding, it’s phenominal. That’s why the running surface of the hull stayed the same for so long. If you want a great surf wave, you need to buy a more surf-oriented boat. Probably something with a deeper v hull. But you have what you have and it will produce a very surfable wave. It’ll just take a little work.

You can absolutely put more than 400lbs in the ski locker. I already had a 400lb bag so I’m currently using it. I hear a Fly High 650lb Center locker bag is an almost perfect fit but I haven’t verified that myself yet. I do plan on upgrading the ski locker bag after I’m done with my current ballast install. I just didn’t have the money to get all of it right now.

A playpen is a flat open bow. You can put bags underneath it but it’s pretty shallow. I’ve attached a pic. I don’t think you have a playpen in a 99. I think it’s a standard open bow seating arrangement.

As far as options for Perfect Pass, you can look into Ridesteady as an alternative.
