Coolant Water Leaking Out Of Prop Shaft Seal

So I was winterizing my 230 and while running it on the water hose I noticed water coming out from this area. It’s this normal and if not where could it possibly be coming from through the water jacket? The bilge is empty and dry.

Totally normal, the dripless packing on the shaft is water fed from the cooling system to keep the seal from overheating.
