SeaDek/AquaMarine/GatorStep

Does anyone have experience with more than one of these brands? I'm trying to determine if there is a real difference between the competitors to justify the price difference. Thinking about doing this as a winter upgrade on my 2007 Nautique 236. I know SeaDek seems to be the most popular but I see a lot from the other brands as well and they all look the same to me. I'd like to hear opinions from those that have had experience with multiple brands to determine durability, feel, look up close, etc.

Also, do they hold up well to a dog? I have a yellow lab that comes on the boat with me and want to make sure he can still come. Thanks for the input.

I went with GatorStep and found them to be very reasonable for price and communication. They did offer a winter discount and I even spent 20 minutes in the phone with them prior to the order being processed. I have not had good communication with Seadek, I've emailed them a few times and got Zero responses. So, that sealed the deal with GatorStep.

I have no direct experience with SeaDek's competitors, but I do know that they often get requests to replace product from their competitors with their products due to early failures.

I have been using SeaDek on my boats since 2013, and the only time I have had to replace a piece was when I spilled dirty motor oil and grease on a piece of Mica color SeaDek in my 1998 Ski Nautique. That color is very light, and the oil didn't completely come out. I have never had any SeaDek on any boat or trailer I have owned fail though.

I have been trying to work with SeaDek for days to order parts of the SeaDek Jeff did for his 98 Ski Nautique and they have not been able to help me. I have really been struggling with their customer service.
