2009 220. Flooded after storms. Only up to oil pan. Drained and cleaned. Engine will crank but not start. Checked intake exhaust and kill switch. All ok. Need help.

2009 220. Flooded after storms. Only up to oil pan. Drained and cleaned. Engine will crank but not start. Checked intake exhaust and kill switch. All ok. Need help.

Check all fuses and breakers. Make sure you have power to fuel pumps. What engine?

We have spark. Pumpl comes on and no intake and exhaust restriction. Showed rpm and huffs after cranking.
