Due to poor winterization the head on my brother's Nautique are cracked.

Search for gt40p heads on eBay. The gt40p heads will fit any 351 engine but you may need to have the head bolts drilled to 1/2" (I've read 7/16" is better).
The heads gt40p heads were used on several Ford production cars but due to exhaust location issue are not popular be car modders, but are great for ski boats as the exhaust issues are not a problem in boats.
I think a set on eBay coast about $400.
