    What pump are you using?

I go to the local fuel dock around the corner from my house. It's about a dollar more, and my average fill up is about 20-25 gal. But for my $20 extra, I get:
    -Ethanol free gas with additives
-Never have to get out of the boat, and the dock guy brings ice for the cooler.
-Supporting local business/kids that work the dock with tips
-I don't have to fill, transport, and store a bunch of gas cans
    -Ultra convenience.
    -They sell Jello shots!!

Wouldn't that let a lot of bugs and other debris into your gas tank? Seems like it would unless you have some way to keep that "bucket" covered when you're not using it.

I prefer the Sunoco race fuel cans over the VP. I believe they're a harder material: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Drains real quick and you don't have to hold it then entire time. You will also need to buy a hose adapter (only need one). I just carry two cans down every other ride and fill up.

Thanks for all of the input. Some really good advice here. I'm probably going to do what many are doing and just go with several 5 gallon cans and either the pump like Charles suggested or the shaker siphon. I kinda like the shaker siphon because its low tech and doesn't really have any parts or batteries to fail. I like the race fuel can idea, but I really don't want to spend $150 on 5 gas cans.
