1999 Ski Nautique Rudder Fin replacement - need help please

I have a 1999 Ski Nautique and my rudder fin is missing. I have 2 questions. How can I locate a replacement fin to replace the original? Question #2 is I purchased a fin but it is not an exact match to the original, is it ok to use this new fin?
