Sunstream Hydraulic lift won't lower (Boat on lift!)

I have a 6500# Sunstream lift - last week put boat on lift & all was well. Now, boat is on lift & lift wont lower. Fluid is milky, which tells me water has leaked into lines. Pump is functioning, but cant seem to move lift down...... ideas?

Is the pump going in the right direction?
Worst case, start to remove the line to the cylinder and fluid should leak and the lift will fall. Be prepared to catch the fluid that sprays out of the line.

Bad Solenoid or the valve is gummed up. Had the same problem last year. Removed the entire assembl, plugged the hole with my wife's finger ( ) and then cleaned it with a rag and some mineral spirits. Reassembled and it worked great.

Did you talk to someone at sunstream, They have been super awesome in my area. They may help you with a tune up/parts even if its out of warranty

Turns out that hose was pinched under bunk leg, got hose out & lift runs smooth again, pulling boat for the week to inspect.
