Hour Meter

I have a 2000 Sport Nautique. I just noticed the hour meter has been reset and I now have only 4 hrs showing on the meter. Is it possible to reset these or is there some other mode I am showing. I have tried every button combination to get it to return to the original reading.

You need a new tach. There was a glitch in the hour meter where it would reset after a 100+ hours. I had mine replaced under warranty a few years ago with the latest and greatest Teleflex digital gauges and haven't had a problem since. See this thread for some more background.
