I looked in the manual and could not figure out what this code mean.

what boat and engine do you have? the exhaust system was getting hot. check your water strainer to see if its clogged. then check to see if the water is swirling i the bowl of the strainer when the engine is idling, if it is then you may want to check the pickup on the bottom of the boat.
