perfect pass problem?

Mine shows nothing on the display for most of the day - then late in the afternoon it will begin to show images on the LCD. I have a replacement part (the $500 part for the dash) that I have not put on yet. Mine seems to still work, I just can't see the dash so I leave it off.

JK - I had the same issue. Back seal, which causes moisture behind it. My wife was skiing with the women, she would come back and say the display was out but the cruise was working. By the time I got down to the boat, it would be working. I thought she was nuts. The morning heat was drying it out, so by the time I got there, it worked. Ordered a new display.

1200 dollars from where??? It's only 499 I think for the module and double line display if the rest is working??!!!

Just had a similar issue. Mine was the gateway box. Not good $1200 replacement.

Bad connections or bad ground. I would check that first

my perfect pass has a blank screen (black squares on it) and it beeps the whole time your driving and doesnt work at all? it worked fine until i washed my boat this weekend.. what do you think the problem is?
