Flushing the system

Im getting ready to put my 2000 Air Nautique in the water. I want to flush the system first. I do not have a flush kit installed but did stumble upon this post: http://www.planetnautique.com/vb3/sh...ushing+adapter

Can someone please explain the detailed process of how to flush using this method? This will be my first time doing so and I want to do it correctly. Thanks much.

I though I pretty much explained it in the third post in that thread.
If you have a specific question, I would be glad to answer, but read the third post first.

If you have a comment on how I can improve the explanation, I am open to that, also.
