    Boat seat covers- towel material

Does anyone remember a company a few years back that made seat covers out of towel-like material? They were meant to be taken off and washed every so often. They weren't a replacement for the vinyl, they just went over the top of it. If anyone remembers them, are they still around?

    Thanks

I think the guy went by Uncle Jessie on WakeWorld, and I want to say it was Prime/Primal or something like that.

        Don't do it!
The first winter we had our 08 my wife made a complete set of terrycloth seat covers . We did this mainly for the dog so we would have any scratch problems. Over 100 dollars in material and a lot of work they were done. They fit perfect and looked great until we started using the boat again. They get wet from peeps coming in and sitting[ especially the dog] they would never dry all day . Sitting on a wet towel all day is no fun. If you are going to do it we found clear plastic covers work the best . We dont need them for the dog anymore but found they work great on the bow seats and the rear sun pad to shed water and make clean up easier.

Ya some pics would be great. I am picturing a grandmother's sofa with plastic on it.

LOL, that's exactly what it is, not much to picture, it's clear.

Hunter's covers the entire sundeck/aft vinyl, it's really nicely done.

Just got the boat out today I took some pics of the plastic cover on the back. Its nothing fancy it just straps to the rear handles then two suction cups on the transom and the front tucks behind the rear seat cushions. It works great for shedding water and dirt off the sun pad.
