Just hook up a 6 dollar remote starter and you could crank all day long without putting any gas in the cylinders (not that you would want to.) Personally, I don't fog. I live in an area with extremely low humidity and I just don't believe that fogging is necessary with those climate conditions. I also run the engine once or twice a winter so fogging and complete dissassembly of the impeller pump dont make sense from that standpoint either.

With the plugs out it spins quite easily and really does not take any longer.
