If not, you can get from skidim. The "L" numbers at the end of the link should be the PCM number you would email to White Lake to see if they stock them.

The Skidm manuals look to be for carbureted Vortecs. Will they work equally well for the EFI Excalibur??

The 5 is for the hard engine components like overhauls, timing chains, heads, etc.

The 15 is for the fuel injection / computer system.

There are other manuals for TBI and carb...but I don't think you are looking for those.
