Ram Lin Trailer Hub Question

I lost a bearing buddy so I ordered a new bearing kit from Champion Trailers. Foolishly, I took the hub apart long before the new parts came in and now I have a large spacer / washer that came out of the original hub. Problem is, I don't know where to put it.

Does it go between the castle nut and outside bearing? Between the locking tab and outside bearing? Somewhere else?
Help!
