    Trunk Lift Wire???

Im trying to find the wire the opens and closes the trunk. I have a 2002 Air. I installed a Liner Actuator to poen and close the trunk I would like to use the dash button. I have been poking around with a test light and cant seem to find it. I can hear the Realy kikickin on and off when I touch the button on the dash any clues what color the wire I need is. I need a momentary wire
here is a pick of the button on the dash Im talkin about

I'm sure you've already looked at the wiring harness diagrams and seen there isn't one for the 2002 models, but just by chance I wonder if 2001 is the same. According to the chart it's a 2-wire plug with an orange/black and orange wires. It's labeled motorized stern seat slide and says for SN only, but maybe that is it.

I havent looked @ the factory diagram. i just started testing each and every wire. Im using a test light. One of the wire's (orange) that makes some relays open and close dosent seem to do anything. I tryed hooking this wire up and Nada.

Put the DMM on the wire, if it's a solid state trigger it may not light up a test light.

The wires may or may not exist in your boat. Correct Craft used the same dash pod in all the boat models for a few years, and the wiring was used as needed. Sometimes you can find factory wire for an accessory your model of boat does not have, other times the wiring was not installed.
The up and down arrows on the dash pod are for the hatch on the (Classic) Super Air, the only boat model that had the actuator for the rear hatch.
Do you have a Super Air, or an Air model. The Super Airs were V-drive, the Air models were direct drive.
